A great new year for some Common Cents

In this high-tech world, communication is key. That’s why the League of Southeastern Credit Union & Affiliates is starting this new year off strong with a new endeavor, Common Cents, The LSCU Podcast.

Hosted by LSCU’s Director of Communications Ann Naiman and produced by the Growth By Design Team, the podcast will take a deeper dive into the credit union industry, speaking with experts and leaders who are shaping the financial future.

The debut of Common Cents was released today and features LSCU CEO Patrick La Pine, LSCU President Jared Ross and LEVERAGE President Steve Willis as they recap the chaotic year of 2020 and look forward to 2021.

During future episodes, listeners will hear from the Southeastern Credit Union Foundation; credit union CEOs talking about advocacy efforts in Alabama, Florida and Georgia; industry experts; the LEVERAGE Team to learn about financial products and technology and much more. Common Cents guests will address a wide array of topics, including “How can we help credit union staff improve their financial well-being?” all the way to “How can credit unions create our future leaders?”

There’s a lot on tap, and for your convenience you can tune in at any time either in the car, taking a break while working from home or whenever is best for you.

A new episode of Common Cents, The LSCU Podcast will be released every Monday at 8 a.m. ET.
