As credit unions began coping with the pandemic, the LSCU distributed a COVID-19 Member Engagement Survey to gauge how CUs were responding to the situation. Those replies were used to inform the media about the good work credit unions across the southeast have completed during this crisis.
The information from the first survey was vital, but it’s equally important to continue collecting data to help the LSCU stay as up-to-date as possible on the ways credit unions continue to help members cope with the financial realities of COVID-19.
Please take a few moments to complete the second round Impact Survey. Even if credit unions haven’t seen a change in lending numbers since taking the last survey, we ask that you complete this survey as a few questions about charitable donations have been added.
The LSCU will use this information to continue to convey the importance of the credit unions to media, lawmakers and other officials.
We realize credit union leaders are extremely busy focusing on communities, members and staff, and we recognize the data we’re asking for in this survey may come from different sources and departments.
As a League, we’re proud of (though not surprised by) the hard work and dedication affiliated credit unions have shown over the past several weeks. We hope you’ll help us quantify the monumental impact credit unions are making as an industry.
