Spring and summer are great seasons to be active in the community with the credit union spirit of people helping people, and the Southeastern Credit Union Foundation can help jump start your CU’s efforts. CU4Kids is the most comprehensive fundraising vehicle for members of the credit union movement, benefiting our industry’s charity of choice, Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.

Credit unions have partnered with Children’s Miracle Network since 1996, when the Credit Unions for Kids program was introduced nationwide. Today, credit unions across the United States collaborate with credit union chapters, leagues, trade organizations, publications, and business partners to raise much-needed funds to benefit 170 Children’s Miracle Network hospitals. The funds raised help support new facilities, equipment, research programs, patient services, special patient needs, and health education programs benefiting 17 million children annually.

Get involved with CU4Kids by raising funds. Additional tools and ideas for fundraising which you can do in your own credit unions are also available. Contact Juli Lewis if you have questions or would like help with your fundraising initiatives.
