Day two of SCUCE was impactful for attendees bringing an assortment of information. The line up began with an invigorating update on brand from Steve Battista, marketing guru from Under Armour, providing insight on staying relevant in a changing market.

LEVERAGE Star Wars PictureTodd Clark, president/CEO of CO-OP Financial Services then followed with an informative presentation on the importance of engaging in today’s digital member experience, highlighting the need for providing member security, as well as complete online ability. The opening general session closed out with an exceptional update on the regulatory environment from NCUA Board member Rick Metsger. He spent time with the audience answering questions and encouraging credit unions to keep the lines of communication open with regulatory agencies so that issues can properly be addressed, and credit unions can thrive.

The exhibit hall included a surprise afternoon visit from the dark side at the LEVERAGE booth and photo opportunities with Darth Vader and a storm trooper.
