Filene offers resources and tips for credit unions during pandemic

Filene Research Institute is providing insights and strategies to credit unions to help them adjust to this new normal while ensuring people always come first.

  • From Filene’s Fellow for the Center of Excellence for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion: Dr. Quinetta Roberson of Villanova University, provides three strategies for credit union leaders to maintain their focus on achieving business goals while fostering a sense of inclusion across their remote team.
  • On April 16, Dr. Sekou Bermiss of the University of Texas at Austin, and Filene’s Fellow for the Center of Excellence for the War for Talent will lead Filene’s webinar on managing through a crisis remotely and how to smooth the transition to remote work and governance for employees, management, and boards.
