The letter sites the growing problem of frivolous lawsuits being filed under the guise of ADA violation, when in fact the plaintiffs are simply seeking a financial settlement.
Alabama representatives who have signed the letter are: Mo Brooks, Martha Roby, and Gary Palmer. Florida representatives adding their names to the document are: Bill Posey, Dennis Ross, Ted Yoho, Francis Rooney, and John Rutherford.
