The Southeastern Credit Union Foundation, in collaboration with the Cornerstone Credit Union Foundation and the National Credit Union Foundation, is hosting two disaster preparation webinars for credit unions and their staff next week.
The May 19 webinar is designed for credit union management covering the topics of what to expect, ways to prepare your credit union operations and compliance related issues to disaster prep in the “new normal.” Guest speakers from FEMA and CUNA will share what you can do to best prepare your credit union for natural disasters that may happen within the next few months.
The May 21 webinar will feature a disaster preparedness expert and will give practical tips for credit union employees to make personal and family disaster preparations. Disaster preparedness expert Chris Washington shares what you can do personally to get strong and ready to face natural disasters that may occur this summer and fall.
