Students from Demopolis High School competed in the Financial Football Fitness Tournament hosted by the LSCU at the Southeastern Credit Union Conference and Expo and placed second overall among  44 teams competed for a chance to go to Orlando for the competition. This marks the first time for not only the Naheola Credit Union to help sponsor a team but for a team from DHS to compete in this type of tournament. Thank you to their teacher Kelly Freeman Gandy for preparing them. Congratulations goes to Jordan Hobson, Patrick Hall, and Haley Hoggle.

Other participating teams included Sardis High School, which took first place sponsored by Alabama Teachers CU, Key West Collegiant Academy placed third and was sponsored by Keys FCU, and McArthur High School which was fourth and was sponsored by SUN CU.
