Alabama ONE Credit Union plans Fairtytale Breakfast benefit in November
fairy taleAlabama ONE will host its first Fairytale Friends Breakfast with the Berenstain Bears on Saturday, Nov. 16, at the Cypress Inn Pavilion (501 Rice Mine Rd N, Tuscaloosa, AL 35406). This breakfast will give children and their parents an opportunity to spend quality time with their favorite fairytale characters. We encourage children to wear their favorite Disney princess or Marvel character costumes.

Proceeds from the Fairytale Friends Breakfast will benefit Alabama ONE’s Operation Credit Union Christmas program. Since 2003 this program has provided Christmas gifts for more than 5,100 children in need throughout the Tuscaloosa community.

The Fairytale Friends Breakfast will have two seating times, including the following characters:

  • 8 a.m. CT – Moana, Rapunzel, Belle, Ariel, Elsa, Olaf, Spiderman and Jake the Pirate
  • 10 a.m. CT – Moana, Elsa, Anna, Olaf, Belle, Elena of Avalor, Ariel, Jake the Pirate and Spiderman

A balloon twister dressed as Jedi and Glitter Tattoo Fairy will create balloon characters from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. CT. Children will also receive a professional photo, autographs from all the characters in their own autograph books and “swag” bags. The event will include special appearances from Cinderella, Prince Charming, Tiana, Snow White, the Beast and Brother and Sister (Berenstain) Bear.

A silent auction will also be held during the event to benefit Operation Credit Union Christmas. Tickets are $30 each for adults and children over 1 year old. Children under 1 year old receive free admission. Seating is limited and tickets are available on Eventbrite.
