April 15
Part 1 | Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: What it All Means Anyway
10  a.m. – 11 a.m.

Session One: Learn to clearly identify the difference between diversity, equality and inclusion and be able to articulate this to other leaders and employees throughout the organization. Additionally, participants of this session will be able to (personally or through delegation) review the organization’s policies and processes to identify non-inclusive language.

April 22
Part 2 | Unpacking Unconscious Bias
10 a.m. – 11 a.m.

Session Two: Following session two, participants will be able to recognize their internal process thinking, measure their own biases and understand how biases are created. Based on this new understanding, they will be able to take the information and exercises back to their teams to transfer their newfound knowledge. Leaders and employees empowered with this new information will be more able to have a voice in the coming organizational changes.

April 30
Part 3 | Exercising Empathy + Understanding Allyship
10 a.m. – 11 a.m.

Session Three: Learn to identify DEI allies and leaders and employees who are naturally empathetic to be able to build resource groups. These resource groups will be better prepared to make the changes needed going forward.
